internet. With all of this information you would think people would
take it to heart, no pun intended, and make use of this wonder
food.

Whole Grains Are The Best - Whole grains are an excellent fiber
rich food, which contains the entire grain seed, usually called the
kernel. The three components of the kernel are the bran, the germ,
and the endosperm. In grain processing, most of the bran and some
of the germ is removed. This causes the loss of dietary fiber,
vitamins, minerals, lignans, phytoestrogens, phenolic compounds,
and phytic acid.

rather than canned or bottled juices is recommended to make sure
you receive the correct amount of fiber. You can use fresh,
canned, frozen or dried whole foods when preparing meals or snacks.

Just two slices of good whole grain bread per day will satisfy this

few fruits and vegetables and you’ve done it. Then there is the
daily whole food smoothie, this is like eating ice cream.
